It has to work in the hand.

Most people in regional Victoria will see your website on a phone first. Design starts there.

Most people who need an electrician, a battery, a bike, or a bed will never see the desk version first. They will see a small screen, often outside, often in a hurry.

So we decide type, tap targets, the number, and the form on a phone. The laptop view has to hold as well — but it is not the one we protect first. If it fails in the hand, it fails.

That is why the work is shown on a laptop and a phone together. Phillips, Solar On, JBS — trades sites especially — are built so a thumb can finish the job. A quote, a call, a booking. No pinch-and-hope navigation.

If your current site needs two hands and a coffee, it is not a website for the people who pay you. It is a brochure that got uploaded.
