Terms of service.

Who you are dealing with
SRB Designs is Sam Ross Barry, founding director, based in Echuca–Moama, Australia. These terms cover website design, build, and care. A written quote is the specific agreement for a project; if something here clashes with that quote, the quote wins.
The work
We design and build the site as described in the quote — usually a live homepage first, then the rest once that front door is right. You supply the facts, photos, and access we need. Delays on your side delay the calendar on ours.
What you own
Once the project is paid, the site is yours: the pages, the words we wrote for you, the design. Stock photography, fonts, and third-party tools keep their own licences. We may show the work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to, in writing, before launch.
Payment
Invoices are due as set in the quote, typically a start payment and a launch payment. Care, if you take it, is billed on the cycle we agree. Late invoices pause work.
Care
Care is hosting, updates, and small copy or image changes. It is not a new site, a new shop, or unlimited redesign. Either of us can end care with thirty days’ notice.
Liability
We take care. We are not liable for loss of profit, leads, or ranking, or for downtime at a host we do not control. Australian consumer law still applies. Our liability is limited to the fees you paid for the work in question.
Victorian law
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Questions: hello@srbdesigns.com.au.
