It should sound like you.
The words on a website are part of the design. If they could sit on anyone’s site, they do not go on yours.
Stock headings are a tell. “Welcome to our website.” “Our services.” “Get in touch today.” Anyone could have written them, which means they belong to no one.
We write the pages for the business in front of us. Nexus has to explain solar and the rest of the house. Phillips has to name the river towns. Homezy has to sound like the stay. Green Pedal has to sound like the Murray, not a hire desk.
That is slower than dropping in lorem. It is also the difference between a site people trust and a site people bounce from. SEO, such as it is, starts here: specific words, real places, a title that tells the truth. “Electrician Echuca” is a search. A page that actually says so, clearly, is the answer.
If you read your own homepage and cannot hear yourself, it is not finished. We will keep going until you can.
