The brief
Phillips Electrical & Refrigeration wanted a site that named the work — electrical, refrigeration, solar — and the river towns it is done in. A local trades business. The phone had to be one tap away from the driveway.
How we got there
Homepage first, live, with the Port of Echuca in the frame. We put the trades on the page before we decorated anything. Once that felt right in the hand, we built the rest of the house to the same standard.
What we built
A front door that can be used in the ute. Work named, towns named, the number close. Photography of the river, not stock electricians. Fast, quiet, no plugin soup.
Leads, wired
Call and enquiry sit on the work, not buried in a contact page. If someone searches for an electrician in Echuca or Moama, they get a page that can finish the job — not a holding screen.
Care after launch
Hosting and the small changes: a new service, a photo, a sentence. Phillips did not need a marketing department. They needed a site that still has someone on it.
Where it sits now
It is live at phillipselectrical.com.au. We keep the lights on, and the form wired. When the business adds a town or a trade, the site can take it without a rebuild.
